Pastor Ken Doan has a unique way of explaining God’s word in a useful, understandable, and often times, a humorous way.  He displays the true heart of a pastor with a genuine concern for the people of Orchard. Pastor Ken uses timely methods to proclaim God’s timeless truth. The Word of God is never compromised here at Orchard.

Paul Moore comes to Orchard after having served as a missionary in Belgium for 8 years (alongside his wife Alydia).  He is our Family Pastor and oversees men’s ministries, our facility, and leads a discipleship class.  Paul is also Orchard’s Pre-School Administrator.  If you’d like more info on our preschool, please visit:  www.mylittleorchard.org

Pastor Mark accepted God’s call to preach at the age of 14. He had pastored two churches when the Lord led him to minister in a different way – he became a Paramedic. After 30 years as a Medic, Mark has come back to full time Christian ministry here at OABC. Besides his Administrative duties, Mark teaches on Wednesdays, is part of our Worship Team and leads one of our small (C.O.R.E.) groups. Together with his wife Debbie they are committed to faithfully sharing God’s Word with others.

Steve Borders and his wife Karen, have taken the lead in our outreach to the hispanic community of Vacaville.  Steve & Karen were missionaries in Peru and have been planting Hispanic churches in California for many years.  Esperanza Baptist Church meets each Sunday at 9:30 AM at Orchard.  Two ESL classes are also being offered during the week.  Please feel free to contact Steve and Karen with any of your questions regarding Orchard’s Spanish speaking ministry.
